Product Process
Blister Sheet Machine's production process starts with plasticizing raw materials, converting plastic pellets into molten state by screw extruder. The melt enters the adjustable die after being purified by a filter screen to form a sheet blank with a specific width. The vertical three-roll calender performs precise alignment and surface treatment on the sheet, and then enters a multi-stage cooling system for curing and setting. The traction device provides stable tension, and finally the cutting system completes fixed-length cutting and edge material treatment. The whole production process is monitored and adjusted by the central control system to ensure the coordinated operation of all links.
