The Water Belt Machine offered by Comrise, a professional manufacturer from China, is used to manufacture water hoses for agricultural irrigation, misting, firefighting, mining, and industrial water transfer. The available production systems include micro-spray hose lines and fiber-reinforced hose lines, with different extrusion and forming configurations for different hose structures.
Product Types
Micro spray water belt production line
Designed for producing thin-wall perforated water hoses. The line combines extrusion, vacuum sizing, precision punching, and automatic winding to create evenly distributed water outlets.
Fiber-reinforced water belt production line
Used to manufacture reinforced hoses with a polyester yarn structure and extrusion-coated inner and outer layers. The reinforcement improves the hose's mechanical strength and suitability for higher-pressure water transfer.
Working Principle
Micro-Spray Hose
PE material is extruded into a thin-wall hose, vacuum-sized and cooled, then punched at controlled intervals before traction and automatic winding.
Fiber-Reinforced Hose
The inner hose layer is extruded, reinforced with a braided polyester structure, and coated with an outer extrusion layer before cooling, traction, and winding.
Key Features
· Flexible Product Configuration: Different diameters and wall thicknesses can be configured according to the required hose structure.
· Controlled Perforation: The micro-spray line uses a precision punching unit to create water outlets at defined positions.
· Reinforced Construction: The fiber-reinforced line combines extrusion and fiber reinforcement for applications requiring greater mechanical strength.
· Continuous Production: Extrusion, forming, cooling, traction, and winding are integrated into the production process.
· Automatic Winding: Finished hoses can be metered and wound into rolls for storage and transportation.
Product Applications
Agricultural Irrigation
Micro-spray hoses are suitable for greenhouse crops, field crops, nurseries, and localized irrigation.
Misting Systems
Perforated water hoses can be used where distributed water spraying is required.
Firefighting
Fiber-reinforced hoses can be configured for firefighting applications requiring reinforced hose construction.
Mining and Industrial Water Transfer
Reinforced hoses are suitable for drainage, water transfer, and other industrial applications where stronger hose construction is required.

How to Choose a Water Belt Machine
Select the production line according to the required:
· Water belt type
· Diameter
· Wall thickness
· Material
· Production speed
· Reinforcement structure
· Perforation requirements
· Operating pressure
· Roll length
For customized projects, the target water belt specifications should be confirmed before selecting the extrusion, forming, punching, reinforcement, and winding configuration.
FAQ
Q:What diameters can it produce?
A:Standard 1.5–4 inch (38–100 mm); wide-type up to 4–10 inch (100–250 mm).
Q:Line speed & output?
A: Speed 15–20 m/min, output 300kg/h (depends on diameter & reinforcement).
Q:Factory space required?
A: Approx. 20 m (L) × 7 m (W) × 2.5 m (H). Needs dedicated yarn creel area.
