We provide technical support for this machine to our customers. The following will introduce the various parts of the machine

1. Two extruders

We use two extruders, one 65/30 and the other 55/30, to ensure the operational efficiency of the machines and the type of pipes produced. It is best to use two machines for two-color pipes and double wall pipes, as the quality of the produced pipes is better. The extruder screws are made of 38CrMoAl, high-quality screws, and have a long service life

2. Forming machine

The corrugated machine is used to place and move corrugated molds. Create a vacuum and absorb the outer layer into the corrugated mold, forming a corrugated shape. By moving the corrugated mold, the pipeline is also pulled out from the corrugated machine.

The horizontal structure layout of the corrugated tube forming machine ensures higher rigidity, lower center of gravity, and smoother operation.

3. Mold

These corrugated modules are cast from special alloy materials, which have high strength, wear resistance, and excellent heat dissipation. The advanced rapid replacement system greatly shortens the module replacement time. Different corrugated modules can be designed to meet various user needs.
