1/2inch-2inch HDPE Pipe Machine Testing Running, Customer Satisfied

Recently, Comrise's independently developed 1/2 inch to 2-inch PE irrigation pipe extrusion production line has successfully completed in plant assembly and material trial operation. The first batch of trial production pipes has been delivered to customers for on-site testing. After on-site verification by the customer, the unit has shown excellent performance in core indicators such as extrusion stability, pipe size accuracy, and operating energy consumption. The customer highly praised the overall performance of the equipment and stated that additional procurement plans will be added in the future.

Core composition of equipment

This production line mainly includes the following parts:

1. SJ-65/33 high-efficiency single screw extruder

Equipped with a high torque gearbox and a 38CrMoAlA nitriding screw barrel, with a length to diameter ratio of 33:1, uniform plasticization and stable melt temperature, suitable for HDPE/HDPE irrigation special materials, ensuring smooth and crystal free inner walls of the pipe.

2. Head mold

Designed for multiple specifications ranging from 1/2 "to 2", with different pressure levels and quick switching requirements, the melt distribution is uniform, the pipe roundness is good, and the wall thickness deviation is small. When changing specifications, only the mold core and sleeve need to be replaced, making adjustment convenient.

3. Vacuum sizing cooling water tank

The 304 stainless steel vacuum box is equipped with a multi-stage spray system, and the sizing sleeve is made of imported brass, which has fast thermal conductivity and wear resistance, effectively ensuring the accuracy of the outer diameter of small-diameter pipes. The cooling efficiency is improved by about 20% compared to traditional designs.

4. Efficient traction machine

Adjustable clamping force of servo traction machine, suitable for soft thin-walled irrigation pipes; Ensure the roundness of the pipe material.

5. Intelligent control system

Centralized control, integrating real-time monitoring and alarm functions such as temperature, pressure, speed, and output, supporting formula storage and one click calling, with low operation threshold and fast order replacement.

High finished product quality: The appearance of the pipe is smooth, the size is stable, and the pressure resistance and slow crack growth resistance meet the requirements of irrigation pipe standards such as GB/T 13663 and ISO 8770.

Energy saving and efficient: By optimizing the screw structure and heating ring zoning control, the power consumption per ton of material is reduced by about 12% compared to conventional configurations. The maximum line speed designed for the production line can reach 35m/min (depending on specifications).
