Our hookah pipe production line was shipped today, and the shipment went smoothly with customer satisfaction.

This is a project that includes a hookah pipe machine and an injection molding machine. The hookah pipe machine is used to produce hoses, and the injection molding machine is used to make cigarette butts. We have successfully completed the entire hookah pipe project, including the design drawing of the cigarette butts and the design of the corrugated shape of the hookah pipe. After completing the trial run, we sent samples to the customer for comparison, and the customer was very satisfied.

Introduction to the production line of hookah pipe machine

The composition of the hookah pipe machine is: extruder - forming machine - cutting machine - unloading rack

We divide water pipe machines into high-speed machines and ordinary machines

High speed machine: The speed can reach 30m/min, using efficient extruders and forming machines. The forming machine uses 72 pairs of modules to ensure efficient production. The cutting part adopts pneumatic cutting, and the material is automatically discharged afterwards. The entire production line adopts full automation, without the need for manual labor

Ordinary machine: The maximum speed can reach 15m/min, and the molding machine has a total of 50 molds, which are also fully automated production
