The 200-450mm PE pipe production line has been successfully tested and sent to customers in the Middle East

Recently, Comrise has completed a full process trial run of its customized Φ 200-450mm PE water supply/gas pipe production line for Middle Eastern customers in the factory. The line runs smoothly, with uniform wall thickness and smooth cutting edges, and all indicators meet the contract requirements. The equipment has completed export packaging this month, packed and shipped to the Middle East region, and will be used for local municipal water supply and gas pipeline projects.

The production line only took a very short time from start-up to discharge, with good synchronization and smooth pipe diameter switching. The PE pipe production line runs very smoothly. ”The Middle East customer acceptance team gave high praise at the trial site and confirmed that they will continue to cooperate with our company for future expansion projects.

This production line covers specifications such as DN200, 250, 315, 355, 400, 450, etc. The production line consists of the following parts

1. Automatic feeding and drying hopper

The vacuum feeder, combined with the drying hopper, achieves uninterrupted transportation and preheating dehumidification of PE pellets, avoiding moisture from affecting plasticization and ensuring a smooth surface of large-diameter thin-walled pipes.

2. Single screw host+color code machine

The host adopts SJ90/38 high-efficiency single screw extruder, 38CrMoAlA nitriding screw, hard tooth surface reducer, ceramic segmented heating, uniform plasticization, and low melt temperature; Combined with SJ25/25 color coded single screw extruder, blue/yellow marking lines can be extruded synchronously according to customer requirements.

3. Head mold

The raw materials are evenly distributed and efficiently extruded, and the sizing sleeve is made of brass material. The outer diameter of the pipe has high precision, and the inner and outer walls are smooth without mold lines.

4. Vacuum shaping box+spray cooling box

Configure a 9m vacuum shaping box and two 8m stainless steel spray boxes, with two-stage vacuum, automatic water temperature and level adjustment, independent filtration system, and large-diameter pipe cooling without deformation or ovality.

5. 6-jaw crawler tractor

Central frequency conversion synchronous drive four tracks, pneumatic compression, adjustable contact pressure, traction speed 0.3-2 m/min matched with the extrusion amount of the main engine, preventing stretching and thinning, and ensuring the roundness of the pipe.

6. Planetary chip free cutting machine

Follow up tracking and fixed length cutting, with a vertical, burr free, and dust-free cut for the Φ 450 tube.

7. Flip the stacking rack and PLC central control

Pneumatic flipping of 8-meter roller type stacking rack; The entire line is centrally controlled by PLC, with each unit linked for start stop and fault self diagnosis. It supports parameter formula storage, making it convenient for Middle Eastern workers to quickly change orders.

The entire line complies with CE and safety regulations, and comes with an operation manual, electrical diagram, vulnerable parts, and remote debugging support. This shipment to the Middle East not only refreshed the customer's understanding of the stability of "Chinese made PE large-diameter lines", but also once again confirmed our company's mature and reliable whole line delivery capability in the 200-450mm range.
