MPP Power Pipe Extruder

1. Corrosion Resistance: MPP power pipes are highly resistant to various chemical media (such as acids, alkalis, and salts), performing particularly well in highly corrosive soils or humid environments. They withstand not only ordinary soil corrosion but also industrial pollution and corrosive substances in groundwater, ensuring a long service life in many harsh environments.

2. High Strength and Compressive Resistance: MPP pipes possess high compressive strength and load-bearing capacity. During underground construction, pipes must withstand soil pressure, heavy objects, and potential external impacts. MPP pipes effectively withstand these external pressures, preventing cracking or deformation caused by external pressure, thereby enhancing the safety and service life of power cables.

3. Good electrical insulation: MPP pipe has good electrical insulation performance and is a key material for protecting power cables. MPP pipe can not only effectively isolate the cable from the surrounding environment, but also prevent external current or electromagnetic interference from affecting the stable operation of the power system. MPP pipe shih is therefore used for power cable installation, especially in applications requiring high insulation quality.

4. Smooth Inner Wall, Reduced Friction: The inner wall of MPP power pipe is exceptionally smooth, significantly reducing the friction coefficient of the cables inside the pipe. When the cables are pulled within the pipe, friction is minimal, preventing damage to the cable sheath or performance degradation caused by excessive friction. Reduced friction not only extends the service life of the cables but also reduces installation difficulties and improves efficiency.

5. High and Low Temperature Resistance: MPP power pipe has strong resistance to high and low temperatures. It maintains excellent mechanical properties and stability over a wide temperature range (generally between -40°C and +80°C), adapting to various climate conditions. This allows MPP pipe to operate stably in cold regions, areas with varying temperature fluctuations, and high-temperature environments.

6. Aging and UV resistance: MPP power tubes have good UV resistance and stability, and can withstand long-term exposure to outdoor sunlight without aging or becoming brittle. Long-term exposure to sunlight and climate change have relatively little effect on its performance and can significantly extend the service life of pipes.
