Recently, the shipping area at the Comrise workshop in Qingdao has been a hive of activity. As orders from both domestic and overseas clients reach their delivery milestones, the company is experiencing a concentrated "shipping surge." Multiple pipe and sheet extrusion systems—having completed in-house assembly, individual unit commissioning, and trial runs with raw materials—are now being loaded and dispatched in batches, bound for the production lines of various customers.

There are many equipment delivered in this centralized delivery, including 200-500mm large-diameter PE pipe production line, 20-50mm high-speed PE pipe production line, 20-110mm PE pipe production line, as well as PVC sheet production line, plastic corrugated pipe production line, etc. From large-diameter water supply pipes for municipal engineering, to small-diameter high-speed pipes for home decoration and agricultural irrigation, to sheet and corrugated pipe power pipe equipment, Comrise has a wide range of product line types, ensuring diversified expansion needs for customers in scenarios such as water supply and drainage, gas, agricultural irrigation, building materials, and cable sheaths.

The PE pipe equipment is the main machine for this shipment. PE (polyethylene) pipes are widely used for water supply, gas, drainage, and irrigation due to their corrosion resistance, good flexibility, and reliable connection. Comrise's PE pipe production line adopts an efficient single screw extrusion host, spiral diversion die head, and vacuum sizing cooling system, combined with servo traction, chip free cutting, and PLC centralized control: the 200-500mm large-diameter line focuses on wall thickness uniformity and continuous stable production capacity, the 20-50mm high-speed line highlights fast specification change and speed increase, the 20mm pipe diameter speed can reach 30m/min, and the scrap rate is low. The 20-110mm PE pipe machine is compatible with multiple specifications, suitable for small and medium-sized pipe diameters, and can be used for irrigation and drainage pipes

Plastic corrugated pipe equipment is also an important product. This line is continuously formed through extrusion and corrugated forming modules, forming a structural tube with smooth inner walls and corrugated outer walls in one go. Compared to solid wall pipes, it saves more raw materials, is lighter in weight, and has better resistance to external pressure under the same ring stiffness. It is commonly used in municipal sewage, drainage, cable protection, and agricultural water conservancy. The delivery unit has focused on optimizing module cooling and molding cycle, while also considering ring stiffness, yield rate, and production speed

The plastic sheet machine is aimed at building materials and packaging customers. The equipment mixes, extrudes, rolls, and shapes the materials into flat and uniformly thick sheets or plates, which can be extended for decorative panels, advertising boards, luggage sheets, and subsequent vacuum forming processing. The production line emphasizes temperature control accuracy, thickness consistency, and winding neatness

In addition to the equipment itself, Comrise has simultaneously strengthened the "delivery experience" in this delivery: before shipment, each machine is tested with material to check the pipe diameter, wall thickness, meter weight, and production capacity; Factory provided electrical drawings, operation manuals, list of vulnerable parts, and remote debugging and on-site guidance. The assembly, quality inspection, packaging, and logistics processes in the workshop are arranged in reverse according to the customer's project milestones to ensure that the equipment can be quickly installed and put into production as soon as it arrives at the factory. And designing container loading details for customers is highly likely to save space

The customer's purchase of machines from Comrise is a recognition of the stability, delivery cycle, and cost-effectiveness of the extrusion equipment. In the future, Comrise will continue to iterate production lines around "high efficiency, energy saving, intelligence, and easy maintenance", making refined improvements in molds, screws, cooling systems, and control systems, and improving overseas after-sales response, so that every equipment sent out can not only "run smoothly", but also "run steadily and manage well".
