2. The forming die of double-layer composite drip irrigation tape adopts double-layer co extrusion hot runner center screw feeding, and uses cast aluminum air ring pre cooling. It is measured and controlled by far-infrared diameter measuring device (with built-in air pump, no external air source required) to ensure high strength and uniform thickness of the film tube.

3. The drip irrigation tape is formed using a separate vacuum suction device, ultimately achieving the standard specifications of the drip irrigation tape.

4. After forming, the air is cooled and at the same time, it enters the stainless steel water tank for circulating water forming water cooling.

5. The winding machine adopts a three station center lift collection roller and is equipped with a far-infrared electronic counting device to ensure accurate meter counting

Technologies used in the production machine process
