The production pipe diameter range is 16-1600mm

The production line includes: extruder - head mold - vacuum water tank - spray water tank - traction machine - cutting machine - rewinding machine, etc

Our machine adopts high-efficiency screws, high plasticization efficiency, energy saving, and produces high-quality pipes that can be customized according to customer needs. Through technical research, our 20-110mm PE pipe machine can reach a maximum speed of 410kg/h and 30m/min, adapting to the high-end market with high speed and efficiency

2. PVC pipe production line

Raw materials can use CPVC, UPVC, etc

Production range: 16-630mm

The production line includes: twin-screw extruder - head mold - vacuum water tank - traction machine - cutting machine - mixing machine - grinding machine - bellling machine - crusher
