Extruder: 

Adopting a twin-screw extruder, Siemens PLC control, ceramic heating for higher heating efficiency, and a gearbox that is not easily damaged, we use different screw designs according to different formulas to ensure plasticization effect and production output.

Extruder mold: 

The mold adopts modular design, which is easy to disassemble and maintain, and can produce single-layer, double-layer, and three-layer pipes.

Vacuum box: 

Made of 304 stainless steel, not easily damaged, high-pressure nozzle, not clogged, and improved cooling efficiency.

Traction machine: 

Controlled by servo motors, it stabilizes the traction of pipes and customizes different traction machines according to different sizes to ensure that the pipes will not deform during transportation.

Cutting machine: 

adopts intensified cutting, chip free cutting, advanced hydraulic system, PLC control, precise cutting, and can set the cutting length of the pipe.
