200-500mm HDPE pipe machine trial completed to customer satisfaction

In the past two days, we have debugged and tested the 200-500mm HDPE pipe machine. The customer came to our factory for personal inspection, and the testing process went very smoothly. We tested the pipe diameter of 315mm and found that the pipe quality is good, very smooth, and the wall thickness is uniform

Equipped with advanced vacuum sizing and water circulation cooling system, we use a 10 meter vacuum box, two 8-meter spray water tanks, and high-pressure nozzles to cool the pipes. The cooling effect is better, effectively eliminating internal stress in the pipes and making the pipe shape more stable

By adopting Siemens PLC touch screen intelligent control system, real-time monitoring and fault warning of production data can be achieved, and the entire production line can be precisely controlled, providing strong support for the construction of intelligent factories for customers.
