Successful trial of 16-110mm PE pipe machine

We designed this machine based on the customer's factory, with an L-shaped production line that saves space in the factory. We also customized the operating mode of the rewinding machine according to the customer's requirements and drew drawings. The customer was very satisfied with our design and adopted it. 1. 75/33 high-efficiency extruder, equipped with 55kw motor, 3CrMoAl, high-efficiency heating ring, output of 200kg/h, high-efficiency screw extrusion, electrical equipment equipped with internationally renowned brand Siemens, temperature control system using Omron

2. The machine head mold and copper sleeve adopt a customized series, which can be customized according to customers' continuous requirements

3. We use 304 stainless steel for the vacuum water tank, which is not easy to leak and has a long service life. It is equipped with 2 sets of 3+4KW vacuum pumps and 3+4kW water pumps to ensure molding and cooling efficiency. It has a 6-meter vacuum

4. The entire body of the sprinkler water tank is also made of 304 stainless steel, equipped with a water pump and a 6-meter sprinkler

5. The traction machine adopts servo control for smoother operation, with two claws for traction to ensure that the pipe does not deform

6. 2 rewinding machines, one rewinding machine can be used for 16-63mm, dual station, to improve efficiency, and the other is used for 75-110mm pipe diameter. Both rewinding machines can be adjusted in position through pulleys
