Product Details

This 20-110mm HDPE pipe machine is a production line for 20-110mm PE pipes manufactured by Heraeus Company. The extruder uses an efficient single screw extruder, which is the core part of the PE pipe. We use new technology to extend its service life and have higher efficiency in plastic molding and melting.

The water tank is made of 304 stainless steel, which is stable and strong, not easy to damage or leak. The nozzle in the water tank uses high-pressure nozzles, which are not easy to block and have better cooling effect.The traction machine is controlled by a track type traction servo motor, which efficiently pulls the pipe material.

The cutting adopts chip free cutting. The planetary cutting machine adopts automatic control by a computer, which has the advantages of simple operation and reliable performance.We have reached the international advanced level and can customize any part according to customer needs. Our machines can produce single-layer, double-layer, and three-layer materials, with a maximum output of 320kg/h for 20-110mm machines.

Process flow: raw materials+additives → mixing → vacuum feeding machine → hopper dryer → single screw extruder → ribbon extruder → mold and calibration machine → vacuum calibration machine → cooling tank → trailer → cutting machine → stacker crane (or winding machine)
