Automatic control

Equipped with a PLC automatic control system and an HMI touch screen operation interface, 110-315mm HDPE pipe machine realizes intelligent monitoring and regulation of the production processThe traction machine is controlled by a track type traction servo motor, which efficiently pulls the pipe material.

Connection reliability

The low-temperature embrittlement temperature is low, and 110-315mm HDPE pipe machine can be safely used within the range of -60℃ to 60℃. No insulation measures are required for winter construction.

Impact resistance

It still maintains toughness at -40℃, and its impact resistance is superior to that of PVC pipes. It can still remain sealed under earthquakes or foundation settlement (≤300mm). ‌
