Q: Application: Hydrocarbon service (oil and gas)

A: Noted. Our equipment is fully applicable for oil and gas hydrocarbon service.

Q: Pipe sizes: 4" and 6" (highest demand)

A: Noted. 4-inch and 6-inch pipes are our mainstream production specifications.

Q: Operating temperature: Up to 82°C, higher capability is preferable

A: We provide two material options. PERT works up to 85°C with a lower cost of around USD 3,000 per ton. PVDF supports up to 135°C at a higher cost of approximately USD 25,000 per ton. You can select according to your actual needs.

Q: Operating pressure: Up to 100 bar, higher capability is preferable

A: We can meet the 100 bar pressure requirement. A workshop with a length of 160 meters is required for this pressure grade production line.

Q: Target minimum production capacity: 500 km/year for 6" lines

A: Two complete production lines can reach your annual output target of 500 km for 6-inch pipes.

Q: Please recommend suitable pipe structure and materials, as well as maximum achievable temperature and pressure ratings.

A: For oil and gas service with 4" and 6" pipes, we recommend the three-layer composite structure. You may choose PERT for max 85°C operation or PVDF for max 135°C operation. The line can reach a working pressure up to 100 bar.

Q: How do you measure raw material consumption at each production stage?

A: We adopt gravimetric feeding system. Combined with PLC programs, it calculates material consumption and pipe weight per meter accurately, effectively reducing material waste.

Q: Do you have online QA/QC system for wall thickness measurement?

A: Yes. The full line is fitted with meter weight controller and online thickness gauge. It enables real-time monitoring to avoid wall thickness deviation and triggers automatic alarms once specifications go out of tolerance.
