Process usually includes the following steps

Shot blasting and rust removal on the outer wall of steel pipes - Medium frequency heating - Polyurethane spraying and foaming - HDPE winding - Cooling and shaping - End treatment - Sealed pipe section

1.Pre treatment and rust removal cleaning of steel pipes: Firstly, the surface of the steel pipe is subjected to rust removal treatment, usually using shot blasting or sandblasting processes, to ensure that the surface is clean and free of impurities such as rust and oil stains. Preheating: Preheat the cleaned steel pipe so that it can better adhere to the surface of the steel pipe during subsequent polyurethane foaming.

2.Polyurethane foaming spray foaming: Mix polyurethane raw materials (isocyanates and polyols) through a high-pressure foaming machine and evenly spray them onto the surface of preheated steel pipes. Polyurethane raw materials rapidly foam on the surface of steel pipes, forming an insulation layer.

3.Outer protective layer wrapping: Wrap the outer protective layer with polyethylene (PE) material outside the polyurethane insulation layer to form the outer protective layer. Cooling and shaping: The wrapped pipeline is cooled and shaped to ensure a tight bond between the outer protective layer and the insulation layer, forming a stable structure.

4. Cutting and trimming cutting: Cut the insulation pipe into the required length according to customer requirements. Trimming: Trimming the end of the pipeline to ensure a smooth surface for subsequent installation and connection.

Using an efficient and energy-saving extruder for extrusion, and employing a mechanical compression device for winding and compacting; On line automatic pipe chasing, end to end, to protect foam; Automatic cutting in place, triple cutting of anti-corrosion coating, automatic detachment of pipes offline, accelerated detachment.
