Components and Main Features

The HDPE double wall perforated corrugated drainage pipe manufacturing machine includes: two sets of single screw high-efficiency extruders - head mold - mouth mold core rod water jacket - forming machine - forming module - punching machine - wrapping machine - cutting machine - dual station winding machine

1. Efficient extruder

Adopting efficient extrusion screws, two sets of extruders, good plasticizing effect, using 38CrMoALA, high hardness, long service life, triangular inverter, Siemens electrical control, optional Siemens PLC and meter weight control to accurately control the production process.

2. Head mold

By using one pipe diameter and one head, the operation is simpler. Compared to the traditional one head with multiple pipe diameters, our one pipe diameter and one head form is simpler, more efficient, and accurate, ensuring pipeline quality. The unique flow channel design makes pipe forming more precise.

3. Efficient molding machine

We use iron modules for small pipe diameters and aluminum modules for large pipe diameters. The molding machine adopts a closed chain for better air tightness. The module is precisely matched with the mold frame, which is made of high-quality mold steel and undergoes tempering and nitriding treatment.

4. Punching machine

We will design the number of holes to be drilled based on the diameter of the pipeline, replace the cutting tools to ensure drilling efficiency, visualize processing, and accurately punch holes.

5. Coating machine

Double fiber cloth of different sizes is woven on the wrapping machine, saving replacement time. The unique cutting and pressing machine is used for more precise and smooth fiber cloth wrapping.
