Production range

The output of a single-layer production line is typically between 120 and 850kg/h. For instance, the maximum output of the SJ65/33 model is 150kg/h, while the M1200S double-screw design model can reach 850kg/h.

‌Extruder: Adopting a single-screw design, equipped with barrier mixing elements and ceramic heating rings to ensure uniform plasticization. ‌

Lubrication and Maintenance: Regularly add lubricating oil to the transmission system to ensure proper lubrication of bearings, gears, and other components, reducing wear and tear.

Electrical Inspection Check if the circuit connections are loose and if the control panel indicators are functioning properly to ensure stable operation of the equipment.‌
